Dharmaj Crop Guard wins court dismissal of injunction request in ZeekaSulf™ patent infringement suit

Dharmaj Crop Guard Limited announced that the Hon’ble High Court of Himachal Pradesh dismissed an application by SML Limited seeking an interim injunction against the company and another defendant in a patent infringement suit concerning its agrochemical product, ZeekaSulf™, on October 15, 2026. The court found that the application did not prima facie establish territorial jurisdiction in Himachal Pradesh or sufficient evidence of product supply within the state; however, the order pertains only to the interim relief request and does not constitute a final adjudication on the merits of the alleged patent infringement, with the main suit remaining pending.
