Newgen Software jumps 1.16% after securing a 3.5-year, Rs 20.51 crore document management system contract

Newgen Software Technologies Limited announced that its UK-based wholly-owned subsidiary has secured an agreement with Just Retirement Management Services Limited for providing a document management system, including implementation services, software licenses, cloud hosting, maintenance, and support services, valued at GBP £1.63 million, equivalent to Rs 20.51 Cr. The contract, awarded by an international entity based in the United Kingdom, spans a period of 3.5 years and involves Newgen’s Enterprise Content Management OmniDocs and Customer Communications Management platform (OmniOMS), along with managed cloud services. The company confirmed that the transaction does not constitute a related party transaction.

Newgen Software Technologies Ltd. shares saw a trading volume of 8.35 lakh today, a decrease of 20.2% from the one-week average volume. Newgen Software Technologies Ltd. has declined by 43.56% year-over-year, underperforming the NIFTY50 index's loss of 9.19%.
