Kalpataru Projects' long-term rating upgraded to ‘Crisil AA+/Stable’ by CRISIL Ratings Limited

Kalpataru Projects International Ltd. announced that CRISIL Ratings Limited has upgraded its long-term rating to ‘Crisil AA+/Stable’ from ‘Crisil AA/Stable’ and reaffirmed its short-term rating at ‘Crisil A1+’; the rating agencies also reaffirmed the ‘Crisil A1+’ rating for Rs. 250 Crore of Commercial Paper and the ‘Crisil AA+/Stable’ rating for Rs. 150 Crore NCDs, both previously rated ‘Crisil AA/Stable’. Furthermore, CRISIL has withdrawn the ‘Crisil AA/Stable’ rating previously assigned to Non-Convertible Debentures issued under ISIN INE220B08100, due to full repayment, and verified the ratings on 15th October 2026. This announcement fulfills the requirements of Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
