Crisil reaffirms ratings for Swastika Infra Ltd's bank facilities valued at Rs.450 Crore

Swastika Infra Ltd announced that Crisil Ratings has reaffirmed its ratings on the company's bank facilities at Rs.450 Crore with a long-term rating of BBB+/Stable and a short-term rating of A2, both reaffirmed, valid until March 31, 2027; Crisil has also reaffirmed ratings on various bank guarantees totaling Rs.35, Rs.59, Rs.25, Rs.37.5, Rs.63, Rs.40, Rs.50, Rs.2, Rs.15.5, Rs.5, Rs.7.5, Rs.6, Rs.43, Rs.27.5, Rs.20, Rs.2, and Rs.10, with ratings of Crisil A2 and Crisil BBB+/Stable respectively, alongside reaffirming ratings on cash credit, letters of credit, and overdraft facilities; SEBI, MCA, RBI, and Crisil Ratings have indicated "N/A" for various instruments including listed/proposed bonds, PTCs, fixed deposits, commercial paper, loan facilities, and security receipts, with regulatory disclosures available on Crisil's website.
