CRISIL Ratings reaffirmed ratings on DIC India Ltd’s debt instruments, including INR 100 crore facilities

DIC India Ltd announced that CRISIL Ratings has reaffirmed its ratings on the company's various debt instruments, including Total Bank Loan Facilities of INR 100 crore with a CRISIL A/Stable rating (long term) and INR 100 crore with a CRISIL A1 rating (short term), as well as Total Short-Term Debt of INR 50 crore with a CRISIL A1 rating; further reaffirmations were assigned to Bank Loan Facilities of Rs. 100 Crore (Long Term: Crisil A/Stable), Rs. 10 Crore (Cash Credit - HDFC Bank Limited, Crisil A/Stable), Rs. 25 Crore (Cash Credit - Standard Chartered Bank, Crisil A/Stable), Rs. 30 Crore (Letter of Credit & Bank Guarantee - HDFC Bank Limited, Crisil A1), and Rs. 35 Crore (Letter of Credit & Bank Guarantee - Standard Chartered Bank, Crisil A1), with no enhancements, assignments, or withdrawals noted.
