KSR Footwear's Bank Loan Facilities received credit rating upgrades from India Ratings & Research

KSR Footwear Ltd announced credit rating actions from India Ratings & Research, wherein Bank Loan Facilities amounting to INR 320 million were assigned a Long Term Rating upgrade to IND BB+/Stable/IND A4+ with the Short-term rating affirmed at IND A4+, while Bank Loan Facilities totaling INR 40 million were newly assigned an IND BB+/Stable rating; additionally, Bank Loans received an IND BB+ Upgrade, the Short-Term Rating was affirmed at IND A4+, and Additional Limits were rated as of October 12, 2026, with Bank loan facilities of INR 200 and INR 120 also receiving IND BB+/Stable/IND A4+ and IND A4+ ratings respectively, both through Union Bank of India, and noting that India Ratings & Research (Ind-Ra) provided the same ratings as India Ratings.
