Hazoor Multi Projects Limited secures a one-year contract worth Rs 28.10 crore from NHAI

Hazoor Multi Projects Limited has received a revised Letter of Award (LOA) dated October 9th, 2026, from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for engaging as the contractor to collect user fees at the Gaddurur (Nangli) Fee Plaza on NH-75 in Karnataka, along with upkeep and maintenance of adjacent toilet blocks. The contract, awarded through a competitive E-tender, has a duration of one year and is valued at Rs 28,10,20,800. The company confirmed that neither the promoter group nor any related parties have an interest in the NHAI, and the transaction does not constitute a related-party transaction.
