Padam Cotton Yarns board approves Rs 27 crore rights issue to raise equity

Padam Cotton Yarns Limited announced the board’s approval for a rights issue to raise up to Rs 27,00,00,000 (Rupees Twenty Seven Crore only) through the issuance of equity shares with a face value of Re. 1 each, with pricing terms and the record date to be determined later, subject to regulatory approvals; the company will also submit an in-principle application to the exchange for the rights issue, as per SEBI regulations. The board also appointed Ms. Anshu Kalra as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, effective October 6, 2026.
