Federal Bank Ltd Surges 2.83%, BSE BANKEX index Gains 1.31%

Federal Bank Ltd gained 2.83% today to trade at Rs 325.5. The BSE BANKEX index is up 1.31% to quote at 62159.02. The index is down 4.23 % over last one month. Among the other constituents of the index, Punjab National Bank increased 2.64% and AU Small Finance Bank Ltd added 2.49% on the day. The BSE BANKEX index went down 0.93 % over last one year compared to the 11.01% fall in benchmark SENSEX.

Federal Bank Ltd has lost 5.1% over last one month compared to 4.23% fall in BSE BANKEX index and 5.55% drop in the SENSEX. On the BSE, 21630 shares were traded in the counter so far compared with average daily volumes of 2.45 lakh shares in the past one month. The stock hit a record high of Rs 364.95 on 04 Aug 2026. The stock hit a 52-week low of Rs 191.65 on 01 Oct 2025.
