Oberoi Realty's bank facilities and instruments reaffirmed as CARE AA+ by CARE Ratings

Oberoi Realty Ltd announced that CARE Ratings Limited has reaffirmed and assigned credit ratings to its various bank facilities and instruments, including long term bank facilities aggregating to 591.00 Crore with a rating of CARE AA+; Stable, long term bank facilities totaling 237.00 Crore also rated CARE AA+; Stable, long term/short term bank facilities amounting to 300.00 Crore rated CARE AA+; Stable/ CARE A1+, non-convertible debentures of 880.00 Crore (reduced from 1440.00 Crore) carrying a rating of CARE AA+; Stable, and commercial paper (yet to be issued) with a limit of 300.00 Crore rated CARE A1+, with the assignments and reaffirmations occurring as part of a periodic review undertaken by CARE Ratings, and further details are available on the CARE Ratings website www.careedge.in.
