ICICI Prudential Life Insurance issues debentures totaling Rs 2595 Crores, affirmed as ICRA AAA/Stable

ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Ltd announced the issuance of 1,40,000 rated, listed, redeemable, unsecured, subordinated, taxable, fully paid-up, non-cumulative, non-convertible debentures having a face value of Rs 1 lakh each, aggregating to Rs 1400 Crores, and 1,19,500 unsecured, subordinated, listed, rated, redeemable, non-cumulative, fully paid-up, taxable, non-convertible debentures having a face value of Rs 1 lakh each, aggregating to Rs 1195 Crores; ICRA Limited has re-affirmed the rating for these Non-Convertible Securities at 4:25 p.m. IST on September 30, 2026, assigning a rating of ICRA AAA/Stable Outlook, with a verification status confirmed on September 30, 2026, and no other rating action specified.
