Ajanta Soya Ltd’s ratings reaffirmed by CRISIL, including Bank Loan Facilities of Rs. 170 Crore

Ajanta Soya Ltd announced receipt of communication, pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, with further details not provided; additionally, CRISIL has reaffirmed the long-term rating of 'Crisil BBB-/Stable' and revised the outlook from 'Positive' for the Bank Loan Facilities amounting to Rs. 170 Crore, while also reaffirming the short-term rating of 'Crisil A3' for the same Bank Loan Facilities of Rs. 170 Crore; CRISIL has also rated Fund & NonFund Based facilities of Rs. 116 Crore with State Bank of India as 'Crisil BBB-/Stable', and Fund & NonFund Based facilities of Rs. 50 Crore with HDFC Bank Limited as 'Crisil BBB/Stable', and has assigned a rating of 'Crisil A3' to a Proposed Non Fund based facility.
