Transformers and Rectifiers (India) Limited secures Rs 100 crore order from Megha Engineering and Infrastructures Limited

Transformers and Rectifiers (India) Limited announced it has received a purchase order from Megha Engineering and Infrastructures Limited (MEIL) for the manufacturing of transformers and related work, to be executed over the next 35 months. The order, classified as a "Large Order" with a value up to Rs 100 Cr, falls within the normal course of business and does not constitute a related party transaction; the company’s promoters and group companies have no interest in MEIL.
