Kalind Limited to raise Rs 316.02 crore via preferential allotment of warrants

Kalind Limited announced a board decision to raise Rs 316.02 crore through the preferential allotment of 27,48,00,000 warrants, priced at Rs 11.50 per warrant, with each warrant convertible into one equity share with a face value of Rs 2 and a premium of Rs 9.50. Warrant holders will have 18 months to exercise their right to acquire the equity shares. The company also re-appointed M/s. P H H A D & CO LLP as statutory auditors for five consecutive financial years, and convened an Annual General Meeting for September 29, 2026.
