Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited, a subsidiary of Waaree Energies Limited, announced it has received a Letter of Award (LOA) for a solar project involving the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) of a 291 MWp ground-mounted solar PV project alongside a 280 MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS), awarded by a leading Indian thermal power generating company. The order, received on August 28, 2026, is for domestic execution and is scheduled for completion during the financial year 2027-28. The company did not disclose the specific value of the order.

Waaree Renewable Technologies Ltd. shares saw a trading volume of 1.42 lakh today, a 34.57% increase compared to the average volume of the last one week. Waaree Renewable Technologies Ltd. advanced by 15.23% year-over-year, outperforming the 1.67% loss registered by the NIFTY50 index.
