Om Power Transmission Limited secures Rs 12.78 crore contract from Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation Limited

Om Power Transmission Limited has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) from Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation Limited for the laying, erection, testing, and commissioning of a 66 kV underground cable, securing a contract valued at Rs 12,78,40,976.17 including GST, to be completed within 24 months from the date of the Letter of Acceptance. The company, formerly known as Om Power Transmission Private Limited, disclosed the development in a regulatory filing on August 27, 2026, noting that no promoter, promoter group, or group companies have any interest in Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation Limited, and the contract does not constitute a related party transaction.
