Union Bank of India secures BBB ratings from S&P Global for USD 300 million notes

Union Bank of India announced that S&P Global Ratings has assigned ratings to its XS3485474533 instrument with a 3-year maturity and XS3485474707 instrument with a 5-year maturity, both rated BBB, representing U.S. dollar-denominated senior unsecured notes; the agency also assigned a BBB rating to U.S.$300,000,000 5.230 per cent. Notes due 2029 and a BBB rating to U.S.$300,000,000 5.417 per cent. Notes due 2031, both issued by the bank’s DIFC Branch, alongside general statements about credit ratings expected in May 2025, while no rating information was provided by N/A agencies and no data was found for N/A instruments.
