Kothari Industrial Corporation Limited secures Rs 1.48 crore and Rs 3.86 crore contracts in Tamil Nadu

Kothari Industrial Corporation Limited has received two Letters of Acceptance (LOAs) from Municipalities in Tamil Nadu to provide food services under the Perunthalaivar Kamarajar Morning Breakfast Scheme for school children. The Keelakarai Municipality contract is valued at Rs 1,48,43,556, while the Thirupathur Municipality contract, spanning three years, is worth Rs 3,86,23,384.80. The company will now furnish the required security deposit and execute agreements to finalize the work orders, with both contracts awarded by domestic entities and not involving related party transactions.
