Cargosol Logistics Limited announced that Cargosol Logistics Pvt Limited, Samuel Muliyil, and Roshan Rohira received an acquittal order dated August 7, 2026, from the Metropolitan Legal Services Authority Lok Adalat Convened by Metropolitan legal Services authority, Hyderabad, pertaining to alleged violations of Sections 406 & 420 of the Indian Penal Code; the company stated that this order will have no material impact on its financial, operational, or other activities.
