Jindal Capital Limited approves Rs 20.00 crore rights issue to eligible shareholders

Jindal Capital Limited approved a rights issue to raise up to Rs 20.00 crore through the issuance of fully paid-up equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each, to eligible shareholders as on a record date to be fixed. The rights issue will be conducted in accordance with applicable regulations, and the issue price, entitlement ratio, and other details will be determined and communicated to the BSE Limited subsequently. The board meeting commenced at 3:45 P.M. (IST) and concluded at 5:40 P.M. (IST).
