Milky Mist Dairy Food Ltd has announced credit rating upgrades and reaffirmations from CRISIL, reflecting the company's strengthened financial profile. CRISIL has upgraded the long-term rating on the company's Total Bank Loan Facilities to 'Crisil A+/Stable' from 'Crisil A-/Positive', and simultaneously upgraded the short-term rating to 'Crisil A1' from 'Crisil A2+'. The rating agency has also assigned a 'Crisil A+/Stable' rating to Cash Credit facilities totaling 64 with Indian Overseas Bank, 10 with RBL Bank Limited, 22 with Union Bank of India, 38 with State Bank of India, 66 with Indian Bank, 40 with Axis Bank Limited, 25 with The Federal Bank Limited, Long Term Loan facilities of 170.17 with Indian Bank, 38.29 with Axis Bank Limited, 272.69 with State Bank of India, 180.38 with RBL Bank Limited, 140 with YES Bank Limited, 89.85 with Indian Overseas Bank, 74.34 with The Federal Bank Limited, 46.28 with Union Bank of India, 84.64 with Bank of Maharashtra, and a Non-Fund Based Limit of 7.36 with Indian Overseas Bank, along with a 'Crisil A1' rating to the Non-Fund Based Limit. CRISIL has also assigned a 'Crisil A+/Stable' rating to Proposed Fund-Based Bank Limits of 378, and maintains ratings under surveillance over the life of the instrument/facility, while noting that ratings for various debt instruments including Unlisted PTCs, Listed Commercial Paper, NCDs, External Commercial Borrowings, Certificates of Deposit, and others remain N/A.
