AWL Agri Business Ltd receives reaffirmed credit ratings totaling Rs 18,111 crore from CARE Ratings

AWL Agri Business Ltd, formerly known as Adani Wilmar Limited, announced that CARE Ratings Limited has reaffirmed credit ratings for various instruments as of August 26, 2026, received by the company on the same date. These reaffirmed ratings include Long-Term/Short-Term Bank Facilities amounting to Rs 18,111 crore, rated CARE AA-; Stable / CARE A1+, Long Term Bank Facilities totaling Rs 1,230 crore, also rated CARE AA-; Stable, and Commercial Paper (carved out) of Rs 500 crore, reaffirmed as CARE A1+, which is carved out of the company’s sanctioned working capital limits; no enhancements, assignments, or withdrawals were noted by CARE Ratings Limited.
