Kothari Industrial Corporation Limited secures Rs 5.84 crore contracts to provide school breakfast services

Kothari Industrial Corporation Limited has received two Letters of Acceptance (LOAs) from the Thirunindravur and Aruppukottai Municipalities in Tamil Nadu to provide food services under the Perunthalaivar Kamarajar Morning Breakfast Scheme for school children. The aggregate value of these contracts is Rs 5,83,79,630, with Thirunindravur Municipality awarding Rs 71,05,316 and Aruppukottai Municipality awarding Rs 5,12,74,314. The contracts are for a period of three years and require the company to furnish a security deposit and execute an agreement before a formal work order is issued; the company confirms that neither the promoters nor any group companies have an interest in the awarding municipalities, and the contracts do not constitute related party transactions.
