Kothari Industrial Corporation secures Rs 12.02 crore contracts to provide food services for Tamil Nadu schools

Kothari Industrial Corporation Ltd. is currently down 2.13% to Rs 152.23, after recently rising and increasing 4.93% over the last week. Kothari Industrial Corporation Limited has received Letters of Acceptance (LOAs) from six municipalities in Tamil Nadu – Thuraiyur, Musiri, Koothanallur, Pattukkottai, Srivilliputhur, and Adirampattinam – to serve as a food service provider for the Perunthalaivar Kamarajar Breakfast Scheme for municipal school children. The aggregate value of these contracts amounts to Rs 12,02,10,199.20, with each contract spanning a period of three years. The company confirmed that the contracts do not involve any related party transactions and were awarded by domestic entities. Trading volume reached 6627 shares today, a decrease of 44.18% from the one-week average volume. Kothari Industrial Corporation Ltd remained flat year-over-year, outperforming the NIFTY50 index's 3.0% loss.
