Gabriel India Limited to raise Rs 1000 crore via non-convertible debentures on BSE

Gabriel India Limited’s board approved raising up to Rs 1000 crore through the issuance of 1,00,000 senior, unsecured, rated, listed, redeemable, non-convertible debentures with a face value of Rs 1,00,000 each on a private placement basis to eligible investors, with listing planned on the BSE; the board also constituted a Finance Committee to oversee the debenture issuance. The company secretary, Nilesh Jain, disclosed these details in a regulatory filing following a board meeting on August 24, 2026, alongside information regarding the type of securities, size of the issue, and other details to be specified in a key information document.
