NMDC Steel's bank facilities received a credit rating upgrade from Crisil Ratings Limited

NMDC Steel Ltd announced a revision in credit ratings for its bank facilities, totaling Rs. 4,500 crores, as communicated in a report dated 20.08.2026 by Crisil Ratings Limited. Crisil Ratings Limited upgraded the long-term rating on these bank facilities from ‘Crisil BBB+/ Stable’ to ‘Crisil A / Stable,’ with no mention of enhancements, assignments, or withdrawals by any other rating agencies; the announcement was made to the BSE Limited (Scrip Code: 543768), National Stock Exchange of India Limited (Security ID: NSLNISP), and Calcutta Stock Exchange (Scrip ID: 74920) in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
