Nuvoco Vistas receives reaffirmed credit ratings from CRISIL, including a Commercial Paper programme

Nuvoco Vistas Corporation Ltd. announced that CRISIL Ratings Limited has reaffirmed its ‘Crisil A1+’ rating on the company’s Commercial Paper programme for a revised limit of Rs. 1,100 crores, previously rated at Rs. 1,700 crores, with a withdrawal of the rating pertaining to the reduced portion of Rs. 600 crores in accordance with CRISIL’s policy; additionally, CRISIL has reaffirmed its ‘Crisil AA/Crisil AA -/Stable/Crisil A1 +’ ratings on existing bank facilities and debt instruments.
