Crisil Ratings reaffirmed Sportking India Ltd’s credit ratings, citing a strengthening business risk profile

Sportking India Ltd has announced ratings reaffirmations and an outlook revision from Crisil Ratings Limited, with its Long Term Rating reaffirmed at Crisil A+/Positive, while the Short Term Rating remains CRISIL A1. Crisil also revised the outlook on the Long-term bank facilities from Stable to ‘Positive’, reflecting a strengthening of the business risk profile, and reaffirmed the Short-term bank facility at Crisil A1. Additionally, various instruments including Long-term bank facilities, Short-term bank facility, NCDs maturing in 2027-2029, Cash Credit, Foreign Exchange Forward, Letter of Credit, Proposed Long Term Bank Loan Facility, and Term Loans, all carry ratings of Crisil A+ or A1, with some exhibiting a Positive outlook or assignment, while RBI, SEBI, and MCA also provide ratings for various instruments including Securitisation Notes, Listed/Proposed to be listed bonds, and Inter Corporate Deposits.
