Krystal Integrated Services Limited secures Rs 134 crore work order from Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation

Krystal Integrated Services Limited has received a work order from Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation to provide Integrated Facility Management Services in Mumbai and Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar for a period of 3 years. The contract, awarded on August 18, 2026, carries an approximate value of Rs 134 Crore including all taxes and represents business conducted in the ordinary course. The company, formerly known as Krystal Integrated Services Private Limited, confirmed that neither the promoter group nor any group companies have an interest in Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation, and the order does not constitute a related party transaction.
