Balkrishna Industries to raise Rs 550 crore via non-convertible debenture private placement

Balkrishna Industries Ltd. approved the issuance and allotment of 55,000 rated, listed, senior, unsecured, redeemable, non-cumulative, non-convertible debentures with a face value of Rs 1,00,000 each, aggregating up to Rs 550 crore, through a private placement basis. The company’s Finance Committee was delegated the authority to finalize terms and conditions for the debenture issuance, which will be listed on the BSE Limited and remain within the company’s existing borrowing limits. Further details regarding the allotment date, maturity date, coupon/interest rates, and redemption terms will be disclosed at the time of allotment.
