Axis Bank secures BBB rating from S&P Global for U.S.$300 million Senior Notes issuance

Axis Bank Ltd announced that S&P Global Ratings has assigned a rating of BBB to the U.S.$300,000,000 5.179 per cent. Senior Notes issued under its U.S.$5,000,000,000 Global Medium Term Note Programme through its Gift City Branch, representing an assigned rating for an issue of U.S.$300,000,000 5.179 per cent. Senior Notes, and also assigned a rating of BBB to U.S.$300,000,000 5.179 per cent. Senior Notes under the GMTN programme, Gift City Branch; no rating information was provided by other agencies, and no enhancements, assignments, or withdrawals were noted beyond those actions by S&P Global Ratings.
