Moody's assigns Baa3 rating with stable outlook to Axis Bank’s USD 300 million GMTN

Axis Bank Ltd. has announced that Moody's Investors Service has assigned a rating of Baa3 with a stable outlook to its U.S.$300,000,000 Global Medium Term Notes (GMTN) issued by its Gift City Branch, representing an assignment of the rating to the Senior Notes; Moody’s has also assigned a Baa3 rating to the USD300,000,000 5.179% Fixed Rate MTNs due 21st November 2029, Series 3, maintaining a stable outlook, with no other rating agencies mentioned and no rating data found for any other instruments.
