Om Infra Limited secures Rs 290.115 crore order from Uttar Pradesh Jal Nigam for drinking water scheme O&M

Om Infra Limited has received a Letter of Award for a supplementary agreement from the Office of the Superintending Engineer, Uttar Pradesh Jal Nigam (Rural), Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, for repair work and three years of operation & maintenance (O&M) of drinking water schemes in District Unnao, under the Jal Jeevan Mission. The order, issued under an existing agreement dated June 2, 2025, covers 306 units and carries a total sanctioned value of Rs 290.115 million, with a two-month repair work completion period ending October 12, 2026, followed by a three-year O&M period. The company confirmed that neither its promoters, promoter group, nor group companies have any interest in the awarding entity, and the order does not constitute a related party transaction.
