Kotak Mahindra Bank secures BBB rating from S&P Global for USD 1 billion Euro Medium Term Note Programme

Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. announced that S&P Global Ratings has assigned a rating of BBB in relation to the Senior Notes to be issued/allotted under the USD 1 billion Euro Medium Term Note Programme established by the Bank, with the rating rationale and opinion published on S&P Global Ratings’ website; no enhancements, assignments, or withdrawals were noted regarding any other instruments, including the Senior Notes, or any other ratings from other rating agencies.
