CESC’s Purvah Green Power wins 70 MW FDRE-RTC power supply contract from SECI for 25 years

CESC Limited announced that its subsidiary, Purvah Green Power Private Limited, has been awarded a Letter of Award (LOA) by the Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited (SECI) for the supply of 70 MW of Firm and Dispatchable Renewable Energy Round-the-Clock (FDRE-RTC) power. The contract, awarded on August 14, 2026, involves a power supply agreement with a tariff rate of Rs 5.25/kWh and a project execution period of 25 years from the Scheduled Commencement of Supply Date. CESC confirmed that neither the promoter group nor any group companies have an interest in SECI, and the transaction does not constitute a related party transaction.
