Vedanta Aluminium Metal Limited's debt receives IND AA+/Stable rating after NCD transfer

Vedanta Ltd announced that India Ratings and Research Private Limited ("India Ratings") has withdrawn the ratings assigned to the Non-Convertible Debentures ("NCDs") of Vedanta Limited, which were transferred to Vedanta Aluminium Metal Limited ("VAML") following the company's demerger; the debt of VAML is currently rated at IND AA+/Stable.
