Saatvik Solar Industries secures Rs 132 crore order from an independent power producer for solar PV modules

Saatvik Green Energy Limited announced that its material subsidiary, Saatvik Solar Industries Private Limited, has secured an order worth Rs 132 Crores from a domestic Independent Power Producer/EPC player for the supply of Solar PV Modules, to be executed by January 2027. The company disclosed the information on August 13, 2026, in compliance with SEBI’s Listing Regulations, noting that neither the awarding entity nor the order involve any related party transactions or promoter group interests.
