Quick Wrap: Nifty PSE Index gains 1.16%

Nifty PSE index ended up 1.16% at 9475.25 today. The index has slipped 1.00% over last one month. Among the constituents, Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd rose 5.12%, NMDC Ltd gained 4.57% and Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd jumped 2.45%. The Nifty PSE index has fallen 17.00% over last one year compared to the 2.77% slide in benchmark Nifty 50 index. In other indices, Nifty FMCG index gained 1.12% and Nifty Energy index added 0.98% on the day. In broad markets, the Nifty 50 is down 0.18% to close at 24579.6 while the SENSEX has slid 0.26% to close at 80157.88 today.
