FM proposes scheme for container manufacturing

The Finance Minister, Nirmala Sitharaman, proposed a scheme for container manufacturing. A scheme for enhancement of construction and infrastructure equipment, will be introduced to strengthen domestic manufacturing of high value and technologically advanced CIE. The container manufacturing scheme will have a outlay of Rs 10,000 crore over 5 years. FM proposes an integrated plan for labour intensive sector of textiles.
