Spright Agro’s creditors ratified expenses and appointed a Resolution Professional following tribunal order

Spright Agro Ltd. announced that the Committee of Creditors approved the ratification and reimbursement of expenses related to the public announcement for the initiation of the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process, along with other costs directly relating to the process and the remuneration of the Interim Resolution Professional, Rajesh Jasti, at a meeting held on October 24, 2026. The committee also approved the appointment of a Resolution Professional and finalized fees, and approved a reduction in the notice period for future meetings, following an order dated September 24, 2026, by the National Company Law Tribunal Ahmedabad Bench which admitted Spright Agro Limited into the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process.
