PB Fintech Limited allotted shares under its ESOP plan, increasing share capital

PB Fintech Limited announced the allotment of 24,06,644 equity shares following the exercise of vested options under its PB Fintech Employees Stock Option Plan 2021 (“ESOP 2021”), according to a filing with the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited on November 7, 2026. The allotment increased the company’s issued and paid-up share capital from Rs 92,55,05,510 consisting of 46,27,52,755 equity shares to Rs 93,03,18,798 consisting of 46,51,59,399 equity shares.
