Dhruv Consultancy Services holds 55% stake in venture developing Maharashtra roadside amenities

Dhruv Consultancy Services Limited announced the incorporation of Valsang Drivehub Private Limited on November 6, 2026, in which the company has subscribed to 302,500 equity shares, representing 55% of the total subscribed equity share capital, for Rs 30.25 million. Valsang Drivehub Private Limited was incorporated to develop, operate, and maintain wayside amenities on NH-150E/O&M/Solapur-Akkalkot/Valsang/Ch.120.200/RHS/PIU-Solapur, Maharashtra, for a 15-year lease period, following a Letter of Award from National Highways Logistics Management Limited (NHLML), which was previously disclosed on September 4, 2026.
