Antony Waste appoints Duvvuri, Subramanian, and Saunik as directors for five years

Antony Waste Handling Cell Limited announced that the tenure of Independent Directors Ajit Kumar Jain, Priya Balasubramanian, and Suneet K Maheshwari will end on December 11, 2026, and the company has appointed Durga Prasad Duvvuri, Priya Subramanian, and Sujata Saunik as Additional Directors and Non-Executive Independent Directors for a five-year term, effective December 12, 2026, subject to shareholder approval.
