Shah Metacorp delays board meeting until November 14th due to a missing report

Shah Metacorp Limited has postponed its board meeting, originally scheduled for November 5, 2026, due to the failure of the Monitoring Agency, Infomerics Valuation and Rating Private Limited, to provide a mandatory report, impacting the consideration of the company’s unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, and the Statement of Deviation(s) or Variation(s). The board meeting has been rescheduled for November 14, 2026, at which time the unaudited financial results will be reviewed by M/s. Shivam Soni & Co., Statutory Auditor of the Company, and the Monitoring Agency Report from Infomerics Valuation and Rating Private Limited will be considered.
