VA TECH WABAG’s board approved allotment of shares under its stock option scheme

VA TECH WABAG LIMITED announced that its board of directors approved the allotment of 22,120 equity shares to option grantees under the “WABAG Centenary Stock Option Scheme 2023” on November 5, 2026. Consequently, the company's paid-up equity share capital increased to Rs 12,50,73,898, consisting of 6,25,36,949 equity shares, up from Rs 12,50,29,658 and 6,25,14,829 shares previously.
