Eureka Forbes Limited allotted shares under its 2022 Employee Stock Option Plan on November 5, 2026

Eureka Forbes Limited announced the allotment of 2,00,000 equity shares on November 5, 2026, under its Employee Stock Option Plan 2022, increasing the company's paid-up capital from Rs 1,93,66,18,160 divided into 19,36,61,816 equity shares to Rs 1,93,86,18,160 divided into 19,38,61,816 equity shares. The shares were allotted to grantees who exercised options, with an exercise price of Rs 210 per share and a premium of Rs 200 per share.
