SBEC Systems to review financial results at a board meeting on November 13, 2026

SBEC Systems (India) Limited will hold a board meeting on Friday, November 13, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE limited. The trading window for company directors, promoters, key managerial personnel, designated persons, and their immediate relatives will be closed for 48 hours following the declaration of the financial results, which will be available on the company’s website at www.sbecsystems.in.
