Lupin Limited appoints Akhil Gupta as Independent Director for a five-year term

Lupin Limited announced the appointment of Akhil Gupta as an Additional Director (Non-Executive, Independent) effective November 3, 2026, and as an Independent Director for a term of five consecutive years with effect from November 3, 2026, to November 2, 2031, subject to member approval. Gupta, a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience including a previous role as Vice Chairman of Bharti Enterprises Limited, currently serves as Chairman of 360 ONE WAM Limited, Coforge Limited, and Valuedrive Technologies Limited, among other positions.
