Swan Engitech Works pledged shares valued at Rs 684.45 crore securing a Rs 1,150 crore facility

Swan Engitech Works Private Limited disclosed to the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that it has pledged 30,00,000 shares, representing 9.57% of the total share capital of Swan Corp Limited, with IDBI Trusteeship Services Limited as the security trustee for National Bank for Financing Infrastructure and Development (NaBFID), securing a financial facility for a group entity. The value of the pledged shares is Rs 684.45 crore, and the total amount involved is Rs 1,150 crore.
