Kolte-Patil Developers extends timeline to utilize Rs 41,703 lakh funds raised in 2025

Kolte-Patil Developers Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that it has submitted a statement under Regulation 32 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, regarding the utilization of proceeds from a preferential issue of equity shares. The company raised Rs 41,703 lakhs on June 23, 2025, and has extended the timeline for utilization of the funds by 12 months until December 22, 2027, with shareholder approval obtained on July 27, 2026. CARE Ratings Limited is the monitoring agency for the funds.
